AIRY Referral Policy
Purpose
At AIRY, we value our clients and appreciate their trust in our services. Our referral program aims to reward our existing clients for recommending our services to others.
Eligibility
All existing clients who have successfully completed a project with AIRY are eligible to participate in the referral program.
How It Works
Refer a Friend: Existing clients can refer friends, family, or colleagues who are seeking MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design services. The referred individual or organization must be genuinely interested in our services.
Referral Submission: To participate, the existing client should submit the referral’s contact details (name, email, and phone number) to our team via APP under Refer a friend button or through our website.
Project Engagement: If the referred individual or organization engages AIRY for a project, the existing client becomes eligible for rewards.
Rewards:
For each successful referral that results in a signed contract with value greater than INR 2 lakh, the existing client will receive a coupon of amount INR 5000/- valid up to 24 months from the date of generation on their next project with us. The same coupon will be active only once GFC stage for the referred project has been completed by AIRY.
Additionally, the referred client will receive a discount of INR 2,500/-on their first project with AIRY at the last stage of the project, (applicable only if project cost is more than INR 2 lakh).
Accumulation: There is no limit to the number of referrals an existing client can make. Accumulate rewards by referring multiple clients!
Terms and Conditions
1) The referred project must be a new engagement with AIRY.
2) Discounts are applicable only after the referred project’s contract is signed and the GFC/detail design stage payment is received.
3) Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
4) AIRY reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

AIRY Cancellation Policy
Purpose
At AIRY, we understand that circumstances may change, and clients may need to cancel or reschedule their projects. This policy outlines the guidelines for cancellations and associated charges.
Cancellation Process
Notification: Clients must notify AIRY as soon as they decide to cancel a project stage.
Notification can be via app.
Cancellation Charges:
Before Project Commencement:
a) If a client cancels a project stage before any work has begun or within 8 hours of fee paid by client for that stage whichever is earlier, there will be no cancellation charges i.e. 100 % refund of the amount for that particular stage done by client will be reversed.
After Project Commencement: If a project stage is canceled after work has started or it’s raised
b) between 8-12 hours of payment done by client ,up to 50% of the payment done by the client for that particular stage will be deducted.
c) Between 12-24 hours of payment done by client , up to 75% of the payment done by the client for that particular stage will be deducted,
d) No refund after 24 hours.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation.
The refunded amount will be calculated based on the cancellation charges mentioned above.
Rescheduling:
Clients may request to reschedule a project instead of canceling.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and agreement between AIRY and the client.
Exceptions
Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, etc.), AIRY reserves the right to relax on cancellation charges or modify the policy, but management decision will be final no questioning can be asked for the same.
